This is not uncommon on other GPS units as well. Maps sometimes do not have the street numbers that some locations use and list as their address. Some GPS units will come up with a result as a range of addresses - and as long as what you are looking for is in the range it is close enough. Also GPS units do not always recognize a route number for a street and expect the local street name for that route number instead. As suggested, try a POI search instead, or find a nearby cross street on a regular map to put in as an intersection to route to.
