Some residential gas ranges do have top broilers (we have one) but I've never seen an RV have unit with one. Then again, I havent paid much attention. :)
But there are a couple of high-end RV appliance companies and one of those may have that feature.
The Atwood 52815 3 Burner range claims to have a broiler feature. You might look at one in person to see how they did it (I couldn't find any interior pics).
