Dish Network - No Network feeds after 2/25/2014

Dish network's provider of distant networks is quitting service as of 2/25/2014. Dish has no alternative for subscribers! that means RVers and Truckers are out of luck or must change all equipment...

Excuse me for my ignorance, but can't you just switch antennae feeds for locals by using OTA for the national channels in the area??? Once out of your local area I mean?
