Dish Travler 1000 had trouble aiming
We’ve had this installed for over 3 years and it works great. They did change out the standard LNB so it would work with our hopper 3. We always undo the cable when the travler aims and after it locks...

If the Winegard control box is not showing an * next the sat number. It is NOT A DISH Satellite problem.
If you are looking at signal level on your dish receiver, then do the "Test Installation" under Diagnostics, "DISH 3"
