Have a serious question. Wouldn't the fact that Fox was on the list when you signed the contract, and then was removed. Shouldn't that make the contract void. They broke the contract. You should be free to do what ever you want. Would be the same with any channel I'm thinkin. You made a contract for a certain service, They stopped providing it, End of contract.
Nope, if you read the fine print they can change the channel line up without breaking contract. Basically you are buying access to a number of channels, not a particular set of channels. That's pretty much the case with all providers.
