It's a free download, and takes about one minute to run the scan. I wish I had known to try it first, before spending hours with Malwarebytes, etc.billyboy wrote:

Chrome doesn't work on low-RAM computers, but I agree about not using IE! Firefox is great, free, and has more functionality than Chrome.
Shew, my experience with Firefox was less than stellar. Google Chrome user here 100%. I was a Firefox user until Google Chrome came and have since been a user of Chrome. Much faster in my experience, and I use to watch the data logs on my PC and Chrome was much leaner than Firefox at that time.
Best feature of both is being able to wipe all cookies after a browser is closed. Love that.
