I have a Asus Netbook and it had a very small battery that died in about 3 years of use, picked up a 2.5 hour battery from an on line store and it is great. Less than half the price of a factory replacement battery. Buying off brands is often a **** shoot, the ones available for our hugely outdated SWB cordless phone are all dung. I bought a brand name, not Nikon, replacement battery for my p510 with a charger and a couple other cables for less than half of what Nikon charges. Sometimes you luck out and sometime you lose.
