Replacing dashboard radio/gps/camera

Question

I currently have an Xite radio/gps by Riverpark in my coach. Not working and can't be fixed. New one from them cost about $1400. I can get other brands much less but the wiring would be much different. Looks like I would have to splice numerous wires etc. Looking for any experience or knowledge in this area thanks.

I bought a generic one on eBay for about $150. Worked great. I just abandoned most of the existing wiring and hooked it up as the manual described. Hardest part was snaking the wires for the new GPS antenna. The video feed was 'plug and play'.

I just installed a Pioneer Avic 8200NEX in my TV. It's not cheap but has probably the best tuner in the industry and is a true HD radio. The touch screen was voted the best available and it's a great unit.
