If you were going to replace your roof top antenna. What antenna would you replace it with and would you use an amp also? I have a winegard mount up there now

Winegard SENSAR IV and I would use the SENSAR PRO module inside to replace the more common wall plate or in front of the box of many buttons (It is the only exception to the "Nothing between BOMB and Antenna except coax rule)
As for amplifier... the antenna has one built in, and the Sensar Pro does as well, in addition to several advanced features that come in very handy.
What do I use: Well it's a Sensar II with Wingman not a Sensar IV, but there is not much difference.
Some folks like the JACK, but the long range performance (Which is important to me) is far better on the Winegard.
