I'd love to have Delorme app for Android, but that isn't happening any time soon and the win8 and related tablets are...expensive and woefully under powered.
In the meantime, I use Copilot for android. Offline poi, maps, route editing and storage, etc.
Not near thensame quality as Delorme, but it doesn't rely on intErnet or cell access and runs on my phone and 10" tablet, which is REALLY nice.
