Copilot Premium for Android is $10 - lately on sale for $7.99 at the Play Store. It is one of the few GPS apps that you can download all maps right onto your phone or tablet and use the nav with no data service. The Premium has all of the features of a dash GPS PLUS it has RV routing for height and propane. There is also a free version but the free version does not speak street names or reroute automatically if you go off route - the premium version does. You can create a route with multiple stops.
X2 on CoPilot Premium... I've just finished loading in the same POI files that I have on our Garmin GPS (after converting them to .ov2 format), so the phone can serve as a backup or even primary GPS as needed.
