If you read my post, you could see that I asked for input from someone who had a similar experience with a GPS. Apparently you are old school and use paper maps. Can you safely tow and look at a map at the same time? I refer to maps on occasion but found the GPS to be a valuable tool when towing on busy freeways etc. It works for me most of the time. Before GPS, I found myself in difficult situations.
