My WIN10 does just fine with the RV NET and its other portals...
I did not have to do anything special to on the RV NET... All it needs is an internet connection...
However recently both the RV NET and WOODALLS portals have been up and down alot. Actually WOODALLS has been off for three days here...
Try again when you get back to the laptop but use TRAILERLIFE or one of the other RV NET portals. There are 6 or 7 portala as I recall thats gets you to the RV NET and they all use the same USER NAME and PASSWORD...
