UPDATE
Looks like I will never be able to access RV.net Forum again from my home computer. I tried everyone's suggestions (thank you) and sent a tech ticket to PC Matic (which is a virus protection software). Their suggestions were of no help! I know it has something to do with my new computer and possible the virus protection I just can't find a "go around."
I could dump the PC Matic software but other than this one issue it seems to work well. I have tried just about every virus protection (free stuff, Norton, McAvee, Kaspersky etc.)there is over the years and had minimal success with most of them.
