I hope you didn't take that Million Dollar Highway drive to Durango! We were in Durango headed to Grand Junction and every map and GPS said to take 550. It was about 100 miles longer the other way. I saw some twists and turns in the road using Google Maps but I knew it was through the mountains so that did not surprise me. Luckily, a very loving friend e-mailed me when I posted that I was leaving Durango headed for Grand Junction with a warning about the road ahead. That's a real friend and we took the long way 'round!
