Neither Dish NOR DirecTV require you have a home account. IN FACT there is an advantage to an RV only account.
NOTE: WIth DirecTV you may have to call in 2 or 3 times and finally tell them "If you switch me to King Controls one more time I'm calling DIsh".
Do not knwo how to get Dish to cooprate.. You can sign up at Camping world, they knwo.
