I took it to Best Buy where I bought it.They have Samsung employees in the store.They had to do a factory reset.Problem solved.I will never ever go to a Sprint store again.

The best and easiest way to fix this issue is to dump Sprint. I have been standing in the middle of an area on their coverage map that says they have 4G LTE and had the calls to them drop every 1.5 minutes.

unless you are using a VOIP app..

voice calls are not 4gLTE.. that is a data connection, and not related to voice

i know verizon is moving toward VOIP, so they can get more voice channels on the same carrier wave/tower.. not sure when it will be implemented

but right now with most carriers, to use their 4g for voice , you have to run a VOIP app like skype or something similar

a strong LTE signal does not mean you can make a voice call, it means you have an internet connection

I'm not complaining about Sprint.For the most part my service is great.I'm not impressed with the employees in their stores or thier customer service.But I have found that to be true with verizon too since my land line and DSL is through them.I bought my phone from Best Buy and the girl there was great.Very informative and she took her time with me.They also have Samsung employees in the store so I'm gonna take it back there.

I've had Sprint for over 3 years now and it just sucks. I thought it would get better when Softbank bought them, but it hasn't. I'm going to Verizon next year...

Scan the forums and you'll find the same complaints with every single carrier. Wherever I've had poor signal with Sprint, friends on Verizon or AT&T had had just a poor. I'm one of those that have been with Sprint for over a decade. Very good service the few times I've had to call Sprint. Stores? Thats a different issue but then, I've had horrible service at Verizon or TMobile stores as well!

There will always be issues with them and their service. If it's not one thing, it's another as you are finding out. I was with them for a number of years before I finally wised up. Even with my corp. discount, it was not worth putting up with them any longer. I switched before other company's were paying your fees if you went with them. It cost me $1250 to switch and I haven't regretted it for a second. I have never had a dropped call and I have been able to use my phone as a wifi hotspot everywhere I have been. Sprint is famous for customer no-service and there are far too many companies to choose from these days to put up with poor service, poor network, as as you can now tell, fixes that aren't really fixes.

You can type Google play store in the browser
Then dl the play store app
I also agree with going back to the Sprint store, and having them make it right

Time to go back to the store. Be sure to make a list of what you want isn't working so that you don't forget anything.
