Satellite 119 with DISH seems to cut in and out on motorhome

too answer my question it is ours was downloaded 5-23-2019. We had to removed our dish tailgater from our roof and install a way too large of sat dish on the roof but it works great. I think the software issue with the wally was our problem so now we have a tailgater sitting in our garage. Dish told me we need to move to the other side of the street at the rv resort in Casa Grande az to keep the signal and guide loaded. Hard to listen to that fix.
