Satellite Connection Issue

I don't have the same model but do have a 13 Keystone fiver. On mine, the sat prep connection in the waterworks area feeds directly to the main tv in the living room. There should be two coax outlets at the main entertainment center. One is the sat prep direct to waterworks, the other is the park cable/batwing antenna circuit. As long as you are using the sat prep connection only you should receive dish signal. If not then the wire from the waterworks to the living room is the culprit. I know that I can access behind the waterworks area by removing the rear basement storage panel where I can access the coax where it connects to the waterworks receptacle. You might check that connector first. Good luck.
