I am going be working after my wife and I start full timing and cell service or campground Wi-Fi doesn't have enough bandwidth.
What kind of bandwidth do you need? And, more importantly, how much can you afford to spend on it?
I find my monthly 40GB Verizon plan about enough for non-work needs.
I’ve looked at Internet sat and things have changed recently. Here are two solutions I’ve considered:
- RTC Communications - a spot-beam tripod setup for Continental US only.
- RVDataSat840 - an automatic, self-provisioning, rooftop sat.
Finally, there are RV park that offer high-speed Internet via their cable systems. However, this is only an option if you stay in the park for months at a time.
