There is an RF remote available for your Dish receiver so it will work in a closed cabinet but the receiver might over heat in there so keeping it open is often a good idea.
If you want to be able to watch the satellite programming in HD then you will want to connect the HDMI cable to the TV near the receiver. There is also a coax output connection which you can use to send the same signal to the other TV's in the coach but this output will be in SD.
You will need to find a direct route from the satellite antenna to the Dish receiver. You cannot plug it into the coach Cable In connection as that cable will not be a direct run but will rather run through a splitter, a video control center or a wall plate used to switch between your OTA antenna and a connection to the campgrounds cable input. This connection can be modified if necessary but it's best to start with a straight run either through your window or a new cable run somewhere. Once you know you have everything working you can work on modifying that cable run.
