Yes, 1 receiver, multiple TV's, all TV's receive the same satellite channel.
I suggest using the HDMI connection to the TV nearest the receiver and then use the coax output to your video controller or wall plate which should send signals (in SD only) to the other TV's.
As to the Geek Squad, if you really mean the Best Buy Geek Squad they likely know nothing about your setup. You need to find an RV installation specialist.
