No, you cannot use any connection in that box (directly) to run your satellite receiver. You will want to run the Out to TV connection FROM the receiver to the Satellite In connection on that box.
If you remove the connection in the back of that box and run it directly to the satellite receiver then that will work as well but you will no longer be able to connect to cable.
