By the way, while not mentioned, I also recommend that you only use compression fittings and not any crimp style. The compression fitting is likely the most important part of a long term successful coax installation.
Yeah, I got the compression fittings and the tools to install them.
Ok, I can see how the o ring on the inside of the fitting where the stinger is could be removed and replaced with the grease, but how about the back end? The end that you insert the cable. There is an o ring there to seal to the outside of the cable. Do you remove this one, also? If so, do you somehow get some grease in there?
