Scam drawing allowed in Camping world stores-Marcus??

I've seen this kind of outfit lots of times in CW's lobby- they always have a big ol' sign telling who they are/what they're selling.

I've never "entered" any of their drawings since it seems obvious to me that what they're really after is my phone number etc., most likely because they want to sell me something. Guess I don't see where the "scam" part comes in-?
