ScanDisk Clip+ will not play M4b converted to MP3
I have a ScanDisk Clip+ with RockBox. I love it and it normally plays my audio books very well.
I have Follett, Ken - Century 01 - Fall Of Giants (m4b) audio book that has 2 parts each part is about 400MB big. I know the Clip+ will not play M4b so I use AVS Audio Converter to convert it to MP3.
1. Each of the MP3 files are 2 Gb big which seem to me way too big. Is this normal or did the AVS miss convert the file.
2. The large MP3 files plays well on my computer with VLC, Creative MediaSource 5, or Windows Media Player. But will not play with the Clip+ . . :M.
3. Is there a size limit on how large a file the Clip will play?. I think i can convert the M4b file using a different "quality" or sample rate (?) setting.
Any suggestions???? . . :h
