You may find it easier to take a picture of the picture with your phone and email to yourself, or the intended recipient of the aforementioned email.
When I compose an email and go to the bottom where the little paperclip is, click on that and find my photos in "my pictures"
click on that picture and then click open. nothing happens, it does not show up as attached so I can not send it.
