+1 on the Coleman.
Here's one set up with our old "B".
We like being able to place it anywhere on the campsite, usually over a picnic table.
The 10'x10' has optional screen room sides and also privacy sides which come in handy. I use two strapped together at antique shows and we use one of them camping with the screen sides.
I've had others for shows but the Coleman's are higher quality and will hold up in wind better.
I have not used the 12'x10' so I don't know if it's as heavy duty as the 10'x10'. I suspect not since it's cheaper.
