You should have everything you need. If not, the only other thing you would need is some coax cable.
You connect the output from the LNB on the antenna to the input in the back of the receiver. In the case of the R-16, you will run 2 cables from the 2 outputs on the LNB to the 2 inputs on the receiver.
Do not try to use any existing connections in your RV (like the Cable In connection) to run the coax, run it directly to the receiver (through a window, whatever). You can deal with running new cables later.
Once you are all hooked up you just need to learn how to point the antenna and you will be watching TV.
