Setting up 211K and Eastern Arc 1000.4 Antenna

For an upcoming trip to the northeast and down the east coast a ways, I'm attempting to setup Dish Satellite (DS). It was suggested here on rv.net to use the eastern arc. I have purchased the 211K,...

I live in WV and am set up on western arc, works on the beach at SC. You may not have any problem on the eastern coast.
