should I upgrade to win 10?

Don't do it unless you know how their continuous updating works. Every time you go to a different campground or other WIFI site you have to go into settings and set that connection to metered or you will use a lot of bandwidth or have problems with the download from a slow connection.
This worthless OS ate up a huge amount of my phone data.
Win 10 in it's current state is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. And especially for people using public WIFIs such as campgrounds.
Stay with Win 7. 10 does nothing for me that 7 didn't.
