Bail as soon as you can, and do over the phone, get the persons name and keep it written down.
I cancelled my service about a mongth ago after it renewed and I forgot to call then to renegotiate the deal.
I now use IHeart and Pandora on my Verizon wireless plan, it uses about a G per month and I listed 4-6 hours per work day and almost all the day during weekends. Obviously, i use wireless when ever possible but while travelling or at my campsite, its all cellular data.
