Even though the memory cells of an ssd have a finite number of write cycles, the number is quite large and a typical user will probably never encounter the max number.
I believe that's true for consumer use. I service some commercial grade storage arrays that employ SSD's, and in some environments, they can wear out an SSD in 2-3 years of use. Amazing.
