STILL needing help with order---Now resolved
I placed an order before I read of all the issues with Camping World. Anyway like many others I am also having trouble getting my order fulfilled, although they billed my credit card very efficiently...

OK here is the latest update. I have received 2 voice mails giving me information including a new order number. Also a call back number so I can return the call at my convenience and in the message I was told I would be getting a refund.
At this point
1. I have NOT received any refund.
2. When I try to check on my order on the CW website I can find no info with given order number.
3. The return phone number I was given just gives me a recorded message.
I am contesting the charge with my credit card company.
