STILL needing help with order---Now resolved

I placed an order before I read of all the issues with Camping World.
Anyway like many others I am also having trouble getting my order fulfilled, although they billed my credit card very efficiently.

If whoever monitors this from Camping World can help I would appreciate it.

Someone left a phone message but I the problem hasn't been resolved


FYI for anyone interested, This order has been filled. It just shouldn't be this hard.
  • For anyone wanting to know how this is going I'll tell you.
    We exchanged info on the forum which can be seen. I received a phone message about 10pm last night CLAIMING that the shipment was damaged in shipping.
    Now if this order was in fact shipped why does it still say packing on the order status??? IF it was actually damaged in shipping what was the UPS shipping number???

    I'm skeptical that is was ever shipped due to all the trouble people have been having with Camping World. It looks like to me its a delaying tactic.

    I've tried to resolve this by phone and yesterday I gave up after being on hold about 20 mins.

    To whoever follows up on this if you can't have the order on the way within 48 hours with a verifiable tracking number then please cancel my order. (which by the way I was billed for almost immediately) It look like the billing is still working efficiently if nothing else is.
