You might want to look her blog over carefully as she also recently posted about how she plans their routes. It was pretty interesting and I learned a few things.

Thank you for the post & link. We will stick it out with the Cingular ST phone for the rest of this season. Coverage is not too bad in the East but next year a Verizon based ST phone will be a first purchase.
Now I know what to look for.
