the 5gb is pkg deal,
some people need more, some use less
they can do the pkg deal because the people that use less make up for those that use the 5gb
if you get 5 gb for $50 and add (2)gb it comes out to $80,
so buying the the 7gb for $75 is a $5 saving, if you need that 7gb every month
if NOT go with the $50, then add Gbs when needed
the sales reps have no control, there is no sense in trying to explain your logic to them
customer service when disputing a billing error, is totally different
they can change things, and level headed calm explanations can help
