Love my Apple TV. I have no experience with Roku but if its as simple to use as the Apple TV then it should be great.
The only think I don't like about what I have read on the Roku is that I can't stream content from my computer to Roku. It's nice to stream my favorite radio station or pictures from my iPhone to my Apple TV.
