We just concluded getting new base plates, wiring, and an InvisBrake installed on our new Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk. I couldn't have been more pleased with the helpfulness, politeness and promptness. Everyone there was on their 'A' game.
I worked as a Service Advisor at a GM car dealership for many years and am quite picky on my service experiences too.
It comes down, as so many things do, to the people. They must follow the process and be the correct people for the job. If they are not, the store manager needs to make people changes, and the sooner the better.
Makes me miss my old job, because when it works, it's a lot of fun!!
