Where are you reading this from? My issue is as stated, their phone system for 3 stores obviously being out of order ( yes three... Same thing happened when I called both the local and 800 # for Flagstaff store ), the CS person at the main line having no access to order the unit, even though CW web site says contact them to order, and the rudeness of the associate at the Coury Ave store. If their phone system had been working, I could have gone to the Main St store and purchased it either Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, before it was sold!
Bumpy, you should read the post before you make a statement like that.
