I, too, have an EMS system that will disconnect our RV from the pedestal if the voltage drops too low.
However, after that your choice is to tun off batteries or run the generator until the voltage comes up.
This is the typical situation is my current Winter campground. Our campground is nearly full and in the morning when everyone runs the coffer maker, toaster, and microwave, voltage sags. So short of finding another campground, we had to run off batteries or run the genny until . . .
I bought an auto former. Now I get enough voltage boost to get by those voltage sags.
