Just because I want a security system doesn't mean I'm in a terrible place. So that means since you're (generally speaking) carrying a gun then you must be in a bad place as well? No, it's taking precautions. I'd rather never get anything stolen and have a security system then get stuff stolen/broken into and not have one. Just because you're in a "nice area" doesn't meant people won't steal from you even the slightest bit.
To clarify it more, it's full time RVing going from campground to campground. Staying at a CG for at least 2-3 months at a time. I want to view everything while I'm away at work if needed and get a message telling me there's movement near my RV so I can pull up the camera on my phone and check on it.
