The easy answer is "no" for the way you want to do it.
You would have to have a dedicated modem with an ISP service.
I have mine setup at a vacation stick house ISP runs $50 a month.
I can view from a smart phone or watch live & playback with the laptop PC using a Verizon aircard from anywhere I have cell phone service.
Another option is set up the cameras (wireless) and have the DVR hidden inside the RV somewhere. You could playback the DVR when you get home to check what was happening while you were away.
