I am not sure so many people are giving the OP such a hard time. Stuff gets stolen at RV Parks on a regular basis. Maybe only small stuff and maybe not, but it certainly does happen. I don't know of any RV park owner that would deny that. Also, security is something not to be taken for granted. If you "assume" everyone else is an angel and leave all your stuff up for grabs, someone's going to grab it.
I think the OP asked a logical and interesting question and I hope folks will try to stay focused on why he can or cannot do what he would like. How could he know that what he wants to do would have a very bad effect on a campground wifi system unless someone gives him a reasonable and logical response. He's here to learn and asking good questions.
