Surveillance security cameras. Will this work?

I'm looking into getting a camera system. I'm getting motion spot lights as well as motion sensors with an alarm. I want the camera system to record and be online so I can view it anywhere from my cel...

the cloud cam will work, it dials home to a remote server, which is where you view it

op, cloud cam is pretty much the only way to go

i wonder if there are any fee's associated with it
