Switching Service Between Two Different Phones.

Yes, the Jitterbug phone says "Great Call" on the screen when started up. The phone is in like new condition, perhaps less than 2 yrs old. Maybe I'll visit a Verizon store, as suggested, and see what they can do. I like the large screen and buttons on the Jitterbug phone. I know Verizon will try to sell me on a smart phone, but I don't need or want that. ;)
