As I recall the Jitterbug phone is somewhat limited in what it can do... You may be able to get a lower cost plan if using it. That one I can not answer however, only ask.. I do not support Verizon due to past experience with what THEY call customer Service and I call Cuss Some More Non Service.
Verizon customer service has been OK with me. Maybe they don't like you! :B
