You may want to look at Verizon's own Visible Mobile unlimited everything, which also has no 4G LTE data caps. Nor currently imposing speed restrictions so long as you keep the account active. It also allows hotspot. Though only a limited number of smartphones are currently compatible? In any case, Verizon is likely to have better coverage than other mobile providers?
