BTW, even if you have Flash working in an Android tablet, it may end up being a moot point. If a website detects that you are accessing it through a mobile OS device including Android, it may redirect you to an alternative webpage without Flash content. Kind of alluded to it earlier, but that's basically what I do.
In any case, if you specifically need Flash, then you will likely be better off doing so using an inexpensive Netbook instead.
