tablet with flash player?

I have an apple ipad, which works great, but does not support flash player. Does anyone own or have knowledge of an inexpensive tablet that has flash player? Also, with that type of tablet, would I need to buy virus protection? Thanks to all suggestions.

So it would just be a matter of getting an android tablet and down loading ( hope that's the right term) the right browser?

Not all Android browsers support flash. The Dolphin browser and the Puffin browser do. Both are free. We use the Dolphin browser on our Nook HDs.
